From the moment your contract is signed to the day your system goes live, here's exactly what happens, when, and who's responsible for what. No surprises. No guessing.

Your onboarding begins immediately. Welcome materials and your intake questionnaire are sent the moment your agreement is signed.
Intake & Access
We gather everything needed to build: your brand assets, tool access, existing workflows, and business details. The sooner this is complete, the sooner your build begins.
Active Build
Your system is built, customized, and connected. Every automation, integration, and workflow scoped in your package is constructed and configured around how your business actually operates.
Delivery & Training
Your system is tested end-to-end before it ever reaches you. Once it's confirmed live and functioning, we walk through everything together so you leave knowing exactly how to use it.
Support Window
You have 14 days of support from launch. We monitor, check in, and address anything that needs attention, so your first real clients move through the system with confidence.

Do I need to understand how automations work?
Not at all. That's our job. You don't need to know how the system is built only how to use it. Your training session covers everything at a practical level, and your Loom walkthrough library is there any time you need a refresher. If you can send an email, you can use this system.

What happens if I need changes after the build is complete?
Minor tweaks during your 14-day support window are covered at no additional cost. Anything outside the original scope - new workflows, additional sequences, offer restructuring is quoted as an add-on or covered under a monthly retainer. Nothing gets built outside scope without your approval first.

What platform is the system built on?
If you already have a CRM account, we build inside it. If not, we set one up. Your system is built inside the Innerbloom Operating System. It handles your CRM, automations, pipelines, calendar, email, SMS, contracts, payments, and day-to-day operations in one place.

Will the automated messages sound like me?
Yes, because we use your copy and your voice. We don't write your email sequences from scratch unless that's specifically included in your package. You provide the content; we build the logic, timing, and triggers that deliver it correctly. The system sounds like you because it is you.

Can I add more automations after launch?
Absolutely, your system is designed to grow with you. As your offers evolve, your team expands, or you launch new programs, we can add workflows, sequences, and integrations. Retainer clients get this as part of their monthly scope. Additional builds are available as standalone projects.

Do I have to sign up for the retainer?
The retainer is completely optional. It's for clients who want their systems to continue evolving alongside their business.

If Something's Not Working
During your 14-day support window: email support@innerbloomsolutions.com with a clear description of what isn't working and what you expected to happen. Screenshots or Loom recordings help us fix things faster.
After your support window: same process, we'll assess the issue and let you know whether it falls under standard goodwill support or requires a quoted fix. Nothing gets ignored.
